This buildable cleaning package is designed to restore the property to hand over standard, whether that is back to a landlord, ready for viewings, or for a new tenant.
All end of tenancy cleaning packages include:
- Cleaning of bathrooms and toilets
- Cleaning of kitchen, inside and outside of cupboards, drawers and all surfaces
- Internal windows and PVC
- Removal of dust and cobwebs
- Dusting and polishing of all woodwork throughout property [doors, ledges, skirting boards, banisters]
- Switches and sockets
- Fixtures and fittings
- Vacuum all floors
- Mop all hard floors
In addition to the above basic package, the following services can be added to your clean to suit your needs and requirements:
- Oven, hob and extractor cleaning
- Fridge/ freezer cleaning. Please note this must be defrosted before booking
- Microwave cleaning
- Carpet cleaning performed using advance technological machinery
- Upholstery cleaning performed using advance technology machinery
